A 904 yard laneway with a $92,000 price tag leading into the range.
Parking lot with numerous yards of recycled asphalt.
Removing and seperating large stone, rock, and rough material from the range over a 2 month span.

Bringing in 1 of over 4600 truck loads of fill to form the custom range look.
Over 10,000 feet of tiling installed for proper drainage and run off to our custom made reservoir.
Building the custom water reservoir with over 60,000 sq.yds of water and pump house.
MAKING THE GREENS

SOD BY THE TRUCKLOAD
Custom mounding the target greens and shaping the advanced detail of the Bob Martin Range.
Successfully laid out greens and traps including short game areas, waiting for top soil.
$24,000 of sod arrives to cover a 2 level, 700 ft long tee-line and perimeters. This is the first of many loads.
